Interior finishes and colours are both elegant and original. This elegance and sophistication creates a tranquil haven amid the busy and cosmopolitan inner city.

The look is a contemporary interpretation of the original heritage features of eversleigh teamed with the influence of today's modern interior design, architecture and lifestyle.

4 distinctly different colour schemes have been composed to reflect the tastes, influences and requirements of the residents. Interiors range from classic cream to contemporary charcoal and from the warmth of brown to the sophisticated look of timber and soft greys.

Living areas are simple and stylish with a mix of bold and subdued coloured plush carpets and light coloured walls to give that open and refreshingly clean feel. Some apartments feature beautifully rich polished Jarrah timber floors.

Kitchens are simple in design with satin polyurethane in warm rich colours and polished granite benchtops. Appliances are European in styling and slick stainless steel. All apartments have dishwashers or the new modern styled dishdrawers.

Luxurious bathrooms featuring marble vanity tops, Italian tiles and bright polished chrome minimalist fittings and tapware, complete the elegant and peaceful experience.

4 Colour Schemes (specifically allocated to apartments)

Scheme A - Charcoal (typically 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in Blocks A, B & C) Rich sophisticated tones mixed with crisp, vibrant whites

Scheme B - Brown (typically 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in Blocks A, B & C) Warm and full bodied earthy tones

Scheme C - Cream (typically 3 bedroom apartments in Blocks A, B & C) Creamy whites and natural neutral tones

Scheme D - Warm Grey (typically all apartments in Heritage Blocks D & E) A mix of warm timber tonings with a highlight of colour and neutrals

Eversleigh Estate is fortunate to be graced with the presence of two outstanding heritage buildings and the extensive grounds that compliment their setting.

Petersham remains a remarkably architecturally intact suburb and residents are drawn to the sense of community that this cohesion creates. Both eversleigh and the Rose buildings form a strong part of this architectural heritage.

We chose to respect the existing buildings by complimenting the simplicity and strength of the building form, roof planes and material palette whilst still presenting a contemporary aesthetic that would not diminish the impact of eversleigh.

Residents can therefore enjoy a modern apartment that remains sympathetic with the greater heritage environment of Petersham as a suburb and eversleigh as an immediate neighbour.
