A $1,500 deposit is required in order to issue a contract to the purchaser's solicitor.

This is fully refundable if the purchaser does not proceed to exchange contracts. (If your deposit is paid by credit card you will be charged a non-refundable administration fee of $50).

A completed sales advice is needed which will have the purchasers and solicitors full details. If the apartment is being purchased in a company name the company ACN or ABN number is required along with personal details of the Director to guarantee the contract.

The vendor will use his best endeavours to hold the unit for the deposit maker up until the expiration of 5 working days from the receipt of the contract.

The contracts stipulate that 10% deposit is required to exchange the units.
